My first couple of years of photography centered on cityscapes (I lived in the city, and they were accessible). My transition to landscapes began with a trip to Iceland, and initially focused on big, broad vistas. Lately I've been drawn to specific elements of a landscape: a portion of a vista, a partial view of a subject, or a smaller thing that catches my eye.
